If you are a busy woman or a constantly distracted woman, this podcast was recorded just for you (and me!) Ha! Betsy has learned how to pursue God is a consistent way, even though her mind wanders from her to-do list, to her supper plans and on to a friend's troubles while she's on her knees trying to say a prayer. She understands the struggle and she's found some answers. Tune in to hear them - I know you'll love them as much as I did! In fact, this is one of my favorite conversations so far. I had so many questions to ask Betsy, it was really hard to stop! Her advice is so grace-filled and practical. I loved how hands on it all was.
About Betsy: Betsy de Cruz writes and speaks to encourage busy, distracted women to get God’s Word in, so they can live their faith out. Her book More of God is a Distracted Woman’s Guide to More Meaningful Quiet Times. She wrote it to help women take small steps to invite more of God’s presence and power into their lives and find creative ways to enjoy spending time with Him. In this episode, I'm talking with Natalie Schram, whose family adopted 4 special needs children in 4 years. Listen to their incredible story, along with the wealth of wisdom and knowledge they gathered along the way. Her story is fascinating, and I'm so excited to share it with you!
About Natalie: Natalie Schram is a wife of seventeen years and a mother of six children, living just outside Nashville, TN. At a young age she became passionate about her Savior, motherhood, adoption, and loving individuals with special needs. Her passions for adoption, first families, and special needs go hand in hand with the strong pro-life convictions she shares with her husband. Natalie enjoys cooking, worshiping with family and friends, finding ways to encourage others, and playing games around the dinner table with her husband and kids. With a desire to raise children who love the Lord and love others, she prays her children seek God always and love others selflessly. Listen on iTunes Listen on Stitcher What we talk about:
